There are those who flirt delicately with language, teasing out its subtle nuances; and then there are those who get drunk, say something forward, and make language feel uncomfortable.

The reason language is uncomfortable may be because Ginger Baker’s mastery of the floor tom fill gave it a giant, flirty, pants-destroyingly nuanced boner.

Also, I’m rarely drunk at 4:01 pm PDT on a Monday. But if I were, I’d be very unlikely to have a boner. (Yes, I know for sure. Ask around.)
