    Brady’s Bits: Although he’d certainly never remember it, I’ve gushingly introduced myself to Scott Miller exactly twice. Second time was backstage at an R.E.M. show. But, the far more significant first time was the night I also met Ken Stringfellow and his opening act/backing band: a criminally under-appreciated outfit from Seattle called, The Long Winters.
