The internet is on fire over the the wonderful Paul and Storm’s ambitious (and delightful) “25 Days of Newman” — a loving, daily advent to their hero (and mine), Randy Newman. In which “Randy” creates new theme songs for classic Hollywood films. Gold. Try “The Big Lebowski.”
With P&S’s exceedingly kind permission (and backing track assistance), here’s my modest tribute to their tribute. A tune I’m calling, “Everybody Likes Paul and Storm (In America).”1
