Adam’s Car is an Upholstered Roofie
Sorry the latest Back to Work is running late. It’s my fault.
To tide you over, here’s the last three minutes of s01e16.
It’s a show about productivity. As you know.
You are welcome.
“It’s a flattering look”
As people become more aware of Karl Van Hœt, permit me to re-introduce everyone’s favorite mouthie via one of his first appearances on You Look Nice Today.
Culled from—obviously—”Expressed as a Vest,” Karl orders a shirt.
(Jesus, I love Scott Simpson.)

“Do you have to tune them?”
Easily one of my favorite You Look Nice Today segments. Just completely baffling.
As originally heard in YLNT episode, “Vachina.”

Blue Sky: Should this be a YLNT poster, or what?
Wow, I never thought you guys would ever see this. I ♥ Tumblr.
I did this after listening to a bunch of YLNT episodes for the #ylnt3 that Merlin posted.
I Can definitely make this into a real poster if you guys are interested. Message me for details.
Love you guys, please make more awesomesauce.
Um…
Well, yeah. Duh. Thanks. WOW. Yes. Yes. Yes.
(And, we love you, too. Except for Scott. Who’s dead inside. But, that has nothing to do with you. As far as you know. But, it doesn’t.)
So…
What do you think, Fun Bunch? Any interest in having this bad boy as an actual poster?
I know, right?

Gated reverb - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Gated reverb as an effect was used on countless drum tracks during the 1980s, to the point that such a sound became a defining characteristic of that decade’s popular music.
Phil Collins used gated reverb extensively in the early to mid-1980s, both in his solo work as well as working with other artists. He first employed it on the Peter Gabriel song “Intruder”. Examples of Collins’s own music include “In the Air Tonight”, “Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now)”, I Don’t Care Anymore, and the Genesis track “Mama”.As originally heard in You Look Nice Today’s “The Good Part” [mp3]
